I own Elektro-Gitarren which is an out of print book on German electric guitars, but as the title suggests, acoustics are not covered. However, I think you are reading the date of your guitar correctly, I say it was produced in Feb. 1965. Good luck with the hunt, there is not much Framus info out there.
