It has a whammy bar.
It has a fender style headstock.
It has three pickups, The bridge being a humbucker.
It has a telecaster style pickup/volume/tone control, Or something similar.
Finally, some of the edges are too sharp not to have been sawed off.
Check frames around and at 2:28 and 3:05 to 3:14. Those are the clearest I've seen.

That's like the sunburst Kay like I have, with the pickup attached under the embossed bump in the pickguard. Mine is actually pretty nice sounding-- P-90-ish. They also made guitars that looked much like this, only with "real" pickups. Steve, have you heard both the under-bump pickups and the "real" pickups in this era Kay? It would be interesting to know that the real pickups sounded like the one in my Kay. It would make sense that they might use the same pickup in both, only without a pickup cover when it was going under the pickguard.
