I have no idea what this is. The guy I bought it from did not either. The neck that's mocked up in the photo is not original to this guitar (can I get an ID on it, also? :D)

Distinguishing bits about the body:

- Hollow, not semi-hollow. Has a dowel brace between the bridge post holes.
- Weird F-holes, not linked from end to center cutouts.
- 5-screw neck plate, STEEL REINFORCED NECK made in japan. Matsumoku, it seems, but I have not seen another like it.
- takes a 25.5" scale length standard Fender-size neck
- No idea on original color, finish, or equipment. I received a bare body.

Any idea what this body is from? Thanks!
