I don't think the missing screws are a big deal.They're replaceable.If the crack on the headstock is truly just in the finish, that's not a big deal either considering the really excellent finish condition on the rest of the guitar.I think the worst damage you have  are the broken pieces at the neck end of the pickguard.Don't know how much that would really effect the value considering the overall excellent condition of the guitar.By the way, in order for the guitar to operate in stereo, there was a special cord that allowed you to plug it  into two amps.
