Price depends on exactly what model you have but I can give you a range.
I sold a sunburst finish "teisco style" Heit that was absolutely mint for $140 a couple of years ago. I sold a somewhat more interesting version with a carved body and blue medal flake finish about a year ago for $175.

As you can see, values are low for precisely the problems you have identified.
I see no problem with replacing the pickup switches. I'd use old ones but I've got parts like these lying around.
As far as the bridge issue, you are right to question it's functionality; it has none. You could try deepening the string grooves or replacing it with a cheap tune-o-matic bridge that will fit the existing posts.
