Look at those f-holes!!  Long and thin... My guess would be something Italian-made or at least European-made.  (Of course, I could be saying that because they've been my most recent obsession...)  That cluster of controls laid out to the lower treble-side bout was a very common feature of Euro guitars, and was not frequently seen on US-made guitars.
