I bought this Kay archtop a few months ago, and just wanted to see if I could get a little more info on it (about how old it is, where it was made, what woods it's made from, etc.) I've been told K-1 or N-1 as far as model #, but I'm unsure there as well.
It's a lovely guitar, in great shape, and it's quickly becomeone of my favorites. Here she is:
There's some codes in the soundhole, if that helps with ID, but in my research, I've pretty much found those don't mean much with Kays...anyway, they're N-3, and L6594
Anybody who can help, it's much appreciated.
