I've done a bit of spot checking through my 60's Harmony catalogs and I don't think you have a Stella. All the trapeze tailpiece Stella's use a flat cross-braced piece of metal rather than the trapeze found on your instrument. Also, I can't find any Stella's with the headstock profile on your instrument.

I don't know what you have, but I don't think it is a Stella.

I also have a video that shows the guitar being signed, but not sure it helps determine the make and model. It's a promo thing, but maybe it will help.
