I have some undated Lyle literature that lists the model W-460. Based on the electric guitars listed, I would date the catalog somewhere between 1971-74. The first time I see W model designations on Lyle acoustics is in the 1974 Lyle Price list I have posted in the catalog section.
W = Western
F = Folk
C = Classic

Here is what I can tell you. The electric Lyle's in the catalog are clearly Aria's. From what I can tell, the acoustics look like Aria's as well so I'm betting your guitar is an Aria built in the mid 1970's.

The W-460 in my catalog has split-block inlays and a fancy floral pickguard. Does your W-465 look similar?
