"Dwight guitars were made by Epiphone for Sonny Shields Music in East St Louis IL. Across the river from St Louis MO. They also had several Dwight guitars made by Valco/ Supro as well. They were made under the name Dwight for the store as a house brand for his students. Amps under the Dwight name as well. Sonny's real name was Dwight!
