According to Willie Moseley in his book Stellas & Stratocasters, Catalina was the house brand of Abercrombie & Fitch.

I have a Kay K100 / Vanguard, but the name on the headstock is "Catalina".

I know Kay guitars were rebranded a million ways from Sunday, but I cant find anything on the internet about the Catalina brand name.

Anybody have any ideas?
