You are right, the Convertible appears in the 1999 reissue brochure. I don't know what they are selling for on eBay, but I can tell you the retail price in 1999 was $299.

The only extended experience I've had with these Dano reissues was with an Innuendo my son bought in high school. I think for the price it was a pretty fun guitar. As I recall, my main complaint was that the frets were poorly finished. Some of the models had Gotoh tuners, but I don't know if the Convertible was one of them.

If you search eBay and get a feel for an auction price, let us know what you find out. sb
