I agree that your guitar was probably built by Teisco for Decca. Unfortunately, it doesn't show up in any of my Decca literature.
The body shape looks essentially like a Teisco EP series guitar. Here is a picture of an EP-8T I sold a few years ago.
Be careful about putting too much time/money into this instrument unless you consider rebuilding it a hobby and don't mind having more invested than it is worth. You can pick up EP series Teiscos fairly easily on eBay, you may want to check to see what they currently sell for.
If your guitar were mine, I'd seriously consider selling off the parts and taking that money to buy an unmolested EP. Frequently, the total value of the parts on these guys exceeds what anyone is willing to pay for an intact guitar. You could probably come close to raising enough money from your parts sale to buy a different EP.
