Both of the following guitars are in 1965 Teisco literature:
Note the headstock similarity between the first ET-320 and fairybells guitar. However, the pickups, roller bridge and knob configuration are like the second picture. Interestingly, the tailpiece doesn't seem to match either catalog guitar but it does look Teisco. I think fairybells guitar is a case of putting older necks on newer bodies.
Are we viewing evolution in action here
The good news fairybells is that your guitar appears to be all Teisco.

Here's a quote from Vintage Guitar magazine refering to the TG-64/ET-320 relationship.
"This guitar was sold in the United States in '65 as the Teisco Del Rey Model ET-320, but by '66 had been dropped from the line."
Edit- Here's a good comparison. Bottom of this page. A TG-64,same color as your guitar, the differences being the striped pickguard and headstock piece and different tailpiece.
