I think your guitar was sold to Jack Westheimer (Chicago Based Distributor) through Kawai. It is not clear whether Kawai actually built hollowbody instruments at one of their facilities or had them built by a subcontractor and just distributed them. In either case, these guitars were sold by Kawai.
The french curve in the headstock and the pickups suggest to me your guitar is a 1968 model. I can't tell much about the bridge in your photo, but guitars that used that style of bridge are fairly common so you should be able to find a suitable replacement if you start watching eBay.

I have a Teisco Kingston Hollowbody Hofner Copy. From what I can find out I think it is around a '65 - '68. This guitar has been in my family's home (in the closet) for about 40 years. Except for the day my brother decided to take it apart and find out how it worked. Well it never did get back together until now. Unfortunatley I am missing a "Saddle" for the bridge. I would appreciate it if someone that has a bridge the same for sale could contact me. I would really like to see this all back together original. Any info on this make of guitar would also be appreciated. This is the only site that I have been able to find any useful info and also a picture of one. The one on this site is white and mine is sunburst.
