I also bought a set of witch hats so it would look like the '74 Les Paul Custom I saw on the History Channel TV show "Pawn Stars" (below).

I got new pots and caps. Now it sounds great!

I would have put gold covers on the pickups but I can't put one on the Super II

I found the Samick link on this geocities fan page of

One difference I did notice is that my Samick has a different logo on the headstock

The model number is different too,but I can't really make it out it,looks like L6HG-402B(?)

Its a nice guitar. Pretty good copy of a Black Beauty for the money. Nice ebony fretboard(?) small frets(fretless wonder). Just wondering when Samick made these? '80s? '90s? Any info would be appreciated
