From what I see your guitar appears to have been built by Kawai sometime around 1968-69. It has a mahogany neck with a truss rod and most likely a plywood body. You can check the body for lamination if you ever remove the pickguard. The pickups are single coil and controlled by the four switches which are either on or off so you can dial up different pickup combinations. It looks like you are missing the cover on the tremolo which is not uncommon since the cover had to be removed to change strings and was frequently lost.
It will be hard to ever figure out the model since Kawai made a tremendous number of guitar variations in the late 1960's. What its worth probably depends on where you live.
