Is this a Fernandes?

I have been trying to identify the guitar seen in these pictures. I saw Joe Perry playing this live and would have sworn it is a Fernandes but I cannot find any information on it.

Does anyone here have any info on this guitar?

It's close that's for sure. I am 99% sure it is a Fernandes but want to be 100% sure.
