I can't tell much from looking at the body, but the headstock is oblong sorta like the old Guyatones and Yamahas.
Maybe we can ID it from the headstock alone. The only way I can get a screen capture would be to pause the video and take a picture of the screen with my camera. Unfortunately, my camera is at school.
Between 1:59 and 2:39 of the video, the headstock bobs into view behind Mr. Winwood. Can you get a screen shot of it in full screen mode? If so, I can play with the image to increase brightness/contrast and maybe we can get a good look.
Thanks for posting the video. It reminded me why everyone back in the day wanted to play with Stevie Winwood.
