Last night I played a show with my band and one of my friend's bands went on 2 bands before us. I knew that they were playing and I had seen them live before, but I had never seen the guitar that he used last night. He usually uses a Fender Mexican Tele but this was unlike anything I had ever seen. These were the only pictures I could get (stolen from facebook of course) so they are not the greatest, but I think this guitar is extremely neat. There is a logo but it is 95% faded away. If it helps, the logo appears to be in script and I THINK begins with a C.

Its a fairly typical Kawai-made piece from the mid-late 60's.
First cousin to that red hollow-body of Joey's I rebuilt (don't know if you saw that one)
