Silvertone, or??

It's a Kay Value Leader.Can't say if it ever had the Silvertone brand on it.I checked some sites I have bookmarked of Silvertone guitars,but I'm not seeing that Sears sold that specific Kay model branded as a Silvertone.They may have,but I can't find anything to verify it. Here's one just like it. Disregard the asking price.From what I've seen others sell for on eBay,it's ridiculously high.
