Would appreciate help IDing this guitar

Trying to identify and locate the pictured guitar. I appologies for the bad cropped picture but it's all that is available. The guitar was new back in the sixties. I've looked at Tiesco, Guyatone post you folks have provided but haven't found anything close to the pick up switching used.
Your help would be grearly appreciated.
