I recently acquired this very cool Les Paul copy that has no indications of manufacturer at all. No name, serial #, writing of any kind. Even the pickups have no numbers or letters anywhere on them. The headstock is a unique shape, with a very cool abalone inlay(I think it is not plastic due to the color/changing aspect). It has LP Standard and Custom details mixed together(multi-ply binding on body/neck like a Custom, trap. inlays on the fretboard like a Standard. chrome like a Standard) It also has a brass nut and saddles, which sound nice and bright. I need to locate a high E saddle/screw for the ABR bridge, but that is all that is missing.
Thinking it is from Japan from the 1970/80s due to the yellowing of the binding, and the quality is pretty good. Maybe Aria??? Any help would be great. Thanks!!!
