Need help.. who made this??

I've had this guitar for about 10 years now. The woman I bought it from said it was from the 70's, but thats all the info I have on it. It's very well made. My first thought was Carvin, but I havent seen any like it. It has no name on the head which doesnt help any.

Here are a few pics from my phone... sorry about the quality.

Any help would be great! I've had this question now for years!

place your pictures on a photobucket account and try again, now i first have to register before i can look at the pictures.
and i'm not planning to do that.
