Hi pimenton.
I'm not sure who made your guitar but it has several characteristics of Kawai built instruments. The tailpiece, bridge and pickups were all used by Kawai in the 1967-68 era. The neck inlays and headstock shape also look Kawai.
Your guitar is a Japanese copy of a Mosrite guitar. Mosrites were used by the instrumental band the Ventures. The Ventures toured Japan in 1966 and the Japanese loved them. Consequently the demand for Mosrite inspired guitars increased drastically and almost every Japanese guitar builder made their version of a Mosrite in the late 1960's.
Kent is a distributor that sold Japanese import guitars. They are most well known for distributing Guyatone built instruments but they sold the guitars of other builders as well.
My best guess is that Kawai built your guitar.
