Is this a MIJ or Korean Hondo 2?

I have just bought this guitar for £15. It needs a fair bit of work done but I think it may be a vintage Japanese made Hondo II Les Paul copy from the 70's mainly because of the "Lawsuit" headstock. It is a heavy guitar and is plywood rather than solid body. It has a model number HLP-2B and the Hondo II logo has been badly applied onto what looks like a stock Kasuga or Tokai guitar from the mid 70's. Any help would be gratefully received.

Also, if anyone has any idea of what bridge assembley I need to get to fit it, please let me know.

My first guitar was a red sparkle LP copy just like yours. Mine was for sure Korean, because I bought it new and peeled the "Made in Korea" sticker off it... other than the color it was identical to yours.
As far as the bridge, any "import size" replacement bridge will work. The studs might not screw into the post holes you have (different thread pitch) but any replacement bridge should come with the bushings if yours don't work.

I bought this bridge (and a tailpiece) for my 70's Hondo project

and had to use the bushings that came with the new parts.
And as far as MIK/MIJ the current Hondo I have didn't have an identifying sticker, but the consensus was the "nicer" Hondos were MIJ and the cheaper ones were MIK, for what that's worth.
Hope this helps.

I believe plywood ones were MIK. And the MIJ ones were solid wood and set necks
