Can anyone please help me to identify this vintage electric guitar?

Hey Nashville15.
I have no clue who may have built your guitar but I do have a couple of observations. First, I don't think this is a production model guitar, it is most likely a one off by a custom guitar builder. The moveable pup is intriguing, to my knowledge this first appears in the 1975-76 Ibanez Iceman. Here is a link to a little history:
I'm not familiar with the style of Grover tuners used on your guitar, if you research this it might help establish the earliest potential date of production.
The knobs look like amplifier knobs. I don't think they are replacements since the pickguard looks to be fitted to the diameter of the knob. The wooden pickguard and the tailpiece insert also suggest a labor of love that production guitars would not possess.
