Its a bit of a parts mutt but it seems based on an early or mid 1960's Teisco ET-120 Shape. The neck , inlays and bridge are definitely typical of a 1965-ish Teisco made in Japan guitar.
It looks like it has been refinished and like you said the tuners are replacements, not sure about the tailpiece but it could be original.
Depending on the condition it is in (is the neck straight and playable?, are the electronics good?, does it stay in tune reasonably?) I would say the value is around $100-$200 depending on condition and how fast you wanted to sell it. It is likely worth more in parts than it is complete.
