BUT I DONT KNOW EACTLY THE MODEL,YEAR AND WHERE ARE MADE ( JAPAN , KOREA ?? ) AND I SEARCH ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND I CAN'T FIND ANY INFORMATION

I think in general Vantage is a brand built in Japan by Matsumoku. I'm no expert on the serial numbers but "91" could be the year of production, it definitely looks late 80's / early 90's.

We have a '95 vantage catalog with pricelist that has some similar instruments in it. They have number names like "218T" for the different models, 300 series, 400 series, 500 series etc.
