Looks like a mid 60's Kent / Guyatone Polaris II that someone has heavily customized with new bridge, tailpiece, pickguard etc.. Pickups look to be original.

Pretty fun little guitars, really great sounding pickups. The weakness is the plastic floating bridge which is why someone decided to change it out on yours.
