Looks like a mid 60's Kent / Guyatone Polaris II that someone has heavily customized with new bridge, tailpiece, pickguard etc.. Pickups look to be original.

Here are a couple that are unmodified that I have for sale for comparison ... entury-red ... 5-sunburst

Here is a video demo I did a couple days ago of a 1 pickup version... I just sold this one for $320 shipped...

Pretty fun little guitars, really great sounding pickups. The weakness is the plastic floating bridge which is why someone decided to change it out on yours.
