Hi wilddogmoneyfeilds,

Your guitar was produced in Japan by the Kawai company in 1967. Although the body style for your guitar first appeared in 1965, the headstock on your instrument dates it to 1967.

Saturn was a brandname used by the Canadian catalog company Eaton's. In fact, your exact guitar appears in the 1968 Eaton's catalog I have posted under the "Saturn" link in the Electric Guitar Catalogs section of VintAxe. sb
