Help with guitar and reverb unit

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the manufacturer and year of this guitar and reverberation unit. The guitar says Fender on the headstock, but I painted that on there a few years back and originally it had plastic tuners and knobs, but I put the chrome ones on. The only thing I can find on the reverb unit is the little tag that says Japan.

The guitar is a mid 1960's Guyatone that has been stripped and refinished. I don't recognize the reverb unit. sb

Yeah my great uncle stripped of the red plastic coating and varnished it about 20 or more years ago. Thanks for the help
