Early '60s Bigsby B6 Vibrato Tailpiece Set

I haven't had much luck selling this on eBay lately because I think I had my starting bid too high ($199.99) even though I did pay over $300 for it last year! If anyone is in the market for a very cool looking slighly reliced vintage B6 with a NOS Bigsby Compensated Bridge in the box and would like to make me a reasonable offer, please feel free to contact me. EBAY DESCRIPTION:

Vintage early '60s Bigsby B6 Vibrato Tailpiece in very good condition. Patent No. D-169,120. Cosmetically, some of the black paint is chipped off underneath the patent number, but functionally, the vibrato mechanism and arm are in excellent working condition. It was recently cleaned and lubricated and works like a charm! The only defect is where the previous owner shaved off the front part of the "spring cup" (as shown below in picture #3), most likely because of a tight fit on a guitar not designed for this model Bigsby. The spring (which is included) still fits snugly into the cup and this modification has no effect whatsoever on the functionality of the tailpiece. Mounting screws are not included.

This set includes a still-sealed NOS Bigsby Compensated Bridge. It's possible that this bridge is from around the same time period as the tailpiece but most likely it dates from the 1970's. Also included is a vintage Bigsby "True Vibrato Tailpiece" box. However, this is not the original box as the model number on the side is listed as B-7.

These early Bigsby B6 tailpieces are becoming harder and harder to find so here's your chance - give your new reissue Gretsch or Gibson some real vintage mojo!
