Guild Thunderbird S200 parts

Hey Guys,

I cannot afford a real Guild Thunderbird S200 and I'm looking for assistance with the following:

1) I'm searching for both the 3-slider and single slider switch plates for a Guild Thunderbird S200 to upgrade my Dearmond Jet Star.

2) Also, in the event (very possible event) that I can't find these items, can anyone out there with a Guild Thunderbird supply the dimensions of these pieces so I might have copies fabricated by my guitar guy?

I have already secured a pristine tremolo unit and want to finish the rest of the upgrade.
