It's apparently a Teisco but no idea what kind of what its worth... I want all the info I can get on this thing.

Hey ZaKaTaK,
Currently, the value of your guitar is the pickups. They are known as Ry Cooder Gold Foil pickups and I've seen them sell pretty consistently between $50-$70 apiece. There's probably another $40 worth of miscellaneous parts there so I say overall you did well for $10.

Hello there ZaKaTak,
Over in teh UK these were badged up slightly differently - they were marketed as "Top Twenty" guitars and were available mail order for £23.00 sterling - but hey, that was in 1968!! - Yup certainly Teisco though.
