I think the 12 string version of the President came out in the mid-later 1960's. Steve Russell has a picture of a 1967 on his Hofner website. Check it out here:

Thanks, Vint-will find out how much the guitar is worth when I list it on eBay. I have to find a few parts & actually plug it into an amp to see if it works.
