1969 Les Paul Custom - Refinned

Hi. I have a 1969 LP Custom. Here is a list of mods to the guitar prior to 1972:
Refinished
One of the T-Top's has been replaced by a PAF.
Grovers
Volume and Tone knobs replaced with early 50's style speed knobs
Tailpiece replaced with a lightweight TP

Any idea as to value?

I can probably estimate a value for your LP but I first need to know whether your Custom has the one piece or three piece body. It makes about a $2,000 difference from the get go.
