Hard to say because of the all the alterations from original condition. You can probably add on that the pickguard also is not original. It's way easier to find values for guitars in original condition. When a collectable guitar has been altered that much, it's much harder to determine a value. Here's a 66 I found on the net. Originally LPB,refinished in the same color. Says some parts have been replaced, but doesn't say which ones.
What really hurts the value of yours is that the body had to be routed in order to fit the humbucker. Bottom line is, like I suggested with the Gretsch Roundup, you need a professional and trustworthy appraisal of the guitar to determine an accurate value.
Edit-Just for comparison, here's a beautiful 66 LPB Tele that sold on eBay for $11,500.
