Guitar was made by Teisco,model VN-4.The Lindell brand name is that of the company that imported and distributed it,though I can find no info as to who Lindell might have been. Here's one on this page.
Here's a really nice one, also branded as a Lindell.
Compared to the one in the above link,yours appears to be in fair condition cosmetically.Not terrible,but not really good. In good working order it might be worth around $150-$200,maybe a bit more. That's just a guesstimate.Others more knowledgeable then me may know differently. Whatever the value, old Teisco's like that are fun guitars to have and play and have their own unique sound,so if it's not too much cost or trouble,it's alway worth fixing them up. As far as you know,are the electronics working ok? I see it needs a bridge and a nut.
