Bently Model 5127

An acoustic guitar was passed to me. It is a Bently Model 5127. Has a case and the sticker inside says it was made in Rumania. I'm sure it is just a run of mill guitar, but would like some info on this brand.

Hi Larry,
Bently guitars are student grade instruments imported by St. Louis Music Supply. They generally have laminated spruce tops and mahogany sides and back. I don't have any literature that lists the 5127. Given I have a pretty good selection of Bently literature from the 1980's up through 1992, it is likely your instrument was produced sometime after 1992. sb
