Circa 1920 Gibson C-4

I recently purchased a Gibson C-4 classical acoustic at an estate sale. The serial number is 62748 and according to guitardaterproject.com, it was made sometime around 1920. The guitar is in pretty good shape. There are some light scratches here and there, but certainly nothing major. The fretboard seems to be in good condition and the tuners turn nice and easy. I'm planning on having it appraised in the coming weeks, but would like to get a ballpark idea of its value ahead of time. I can post pictures in the coming days.

The only info I can find on the Gibson C-4 classical is that it was made from 1962-1968. Gibson never produced classical guitars on a mass scale until the 1950s, 1960s "folk era". I read that there are a few rare examples of older Gibson classicals,but those are one of a kind,custom made guitars. I wouldn't put my money on that guitar dater site either.I've seen examples before where they have been wrong. Anyway,here's the only info I can find on the C-4. There's a value chart at the bottom of the page. Says $800-$1000. Of coarse depending on condition,it could be worth less. Best thing is to do as you plan to, get an appraisal.
