Here is a Harmony Central post suggesting the D 200 was made in 1977-78 which I can't independently verify but sounds about right. This fella must have bought his new and paid 450 Canadian dollars. Today US and Canadian dollars are roughly the same value, but that was not true back in 1977-78.
I think Kasuga Acoustics are well regarded and the company provided OEM guitars for major companies like Yamaha and others. That being said, there are literally millions of decent quality Japanese acoustics available from this era. Supply is high and demand is generally low so prices haven't risen much over the years.
I would guess your guitar is worth somewhere between $200 and $350 depending on condition and if you can find a motivated buyer. My web search turned up a guy that claimed to buy a D 200 for $100. Maybe he did, but that deal doesn't come along everyday.
