Not sure what model this is but through some leads I'm thinking this is a MIJ guitar made by KAY?

What is the value of this guitar? What is crazy for how beat up it looks, Its only paint that has chipped off. Not actual wood pieces chipped off. Guitar really doesn't have any major body indents. The label on headstock is missing. It plays and sounds GREAT!! Great distortion and awesome clean sound.

I love how the headstock looks like a swinging butchers knife. Pretty cool!

Hey Onetoomany.

This is an American made Kay. It is a Kay Vanguard II Model K326 built around 1967.

I have one for sale on the "For Sale" page for $299. I have sold similar examples at that price before.



The condition on yours is a bit rougher and the knobs on your guitar are not original. You also do not have the bar for the whammy. I'd say yours is probably closer to the $225 price point.
