Anyone know anything about these guitars?
I got a little info. But I'm trying to get as much info as I can
before I might sell it.

It was a project for my dad and I and he passed 10 years ago
and I just don't have the time for projects at this time.

It's not in awesome condition.

Missing/broken tuning key
Surface scratches
missing 2 bridge pegs
missing strap peg.

Other than that it's a beautiful guitar...

The Oahu Publishing Company never made anything.They were a distributing company. All their instruments were made by various manufactuerers such as Kay and National. A big part of their business was selling instruments, lesson books and sheet music to schools. The instruments were pretty much the fairly inexpensive "student level" type. Your guitar, by the headstock shape and fret position marker layout looks to be Kay made. Oahu branded instruments are pretty common. I've seen Oahu branded acoustics like yours,in good playing and cosmetic condition, sell for around $300-$350.
