What kind of LP looking thing is this?

Hello,

I am new to the forum, but I find all of the posts very interesting. Please help me identify this guitar. Someone is selling this as a noname Les Paul copy. There is, in fact, no name on the headstock. I know I have seen one before, but I'm racking my brain trying to figure out what it is!

Wow. That's an interesting-looking guitar. I've no idea who made it but will be looking to see whether anyone has an answer.

The headstock looks alot like a First Act brand. Can't place the body right offhand, though it looks familiar.
