Hi Pixelatedd.
Your guitar body is a Teisco/Kawai likely built in the late 1960's. It is a model in their EP series but too much is missing to determine exactly which model.
I don't want to rain on your project but the truth is that these guitars are worth more in parts than as intact instruments. You need so many parts to build this instrument that you will pay more for the parts than what an intact instrument is worth or would cost you to buy. If you enjoy the work and don't care about the investment value there are plenty of parts available on eBay for you to complete the project. However, I would suggest you sell the body to someone that has an intact guitar with a damaged body and invest your time and labor into a project that will be more valuable when the process is completed.
As usual, just my opinion
