Hi all - just picked up a cute little Kay guitar - I'm new to the whole vintage thing (was basically looking for an interesting looking slide guitar) and the guy who sold it to me had no idea about the year or even specific model of this guitar. If you guys could help me out with the year/model of this guitar it would be much appreciated!
The original pickup in the bridge is terribly quiet so the last guy put in the new loaded pickguard. Also from what i can tell it is missing the truss rod adjustment cover and the bridge cover.
Can you put bigger frets on these guitars? the original ones are tiny and really wrecked!
