It's hard to tell what you've done because the pictures are small.  I've got a couple old solid body Kents.  I'd be interested in your description of your work.

			they should be thumbnails so you should be able to click on them. 
I didn't do a whole lot but I sanded it down and gave it a new paint job (not a very good one but it'll do). I also put an aftermarket surface mount "vintage-esque" tailpeice and put an aftermarket LP type bridge on it since it was missing the original bridge. 
I got the bridge slightly off center so I'm gonna have to fix that and I am curious if there are any aftermarket tuners that fit these old japanese guitars that aren't horrendously bad.
