Created by Vigier in 1998, the Bumblefoot certainly ranks as a bizarre guitar. The wings move in and out when you operate the whammy. Amazing.

From an engineering standpoint I would think that attaching the wings to the whammy would force the whammy to work harder and more slowly. And you probably couldn't work the whammy if you were sitting down with the guitar across your leg.
Sure a cool looking guitar though. Funny, I haven't seen any at my local guitar shop. :)
